BUSINESS PARTNER H® - Modular Training to become a Performance Coach

We ask the right questions to improve your performance.

We enable HR professionals to become performance coaches or business partners, responsible for performance initiatives. The professionals trained, work as business partners or performance coaches. BUSSINESS PARTNER H® provides a foundational link between the company’s business model and the human resource department. In our modular training we provide tools in order to enable participants to be more equipped to deal with the pressures of business and to be seen as a valuable HR decision maker.

Use

We have already successfully completed more than 20 programs in which human resource specialists became prepared to act as performance coaches, enabled to deal with HR challenges in an ever changing business environment. This training is the necessary basis to operate in a proactive, instead of reactive, strategic manner of one's work or with the client’s organization.

Target group

The methods below belong in the toolbox for everyone working with personnel performance. These skills are especially critical to those in HR as well as for external trainers and consultants, as strategic partners to their clients. After HR professionals complete our program, they make measurable contributions to their company's strategic objectives and are seen as a valuable player, not as a ‘’cost center’’.

 

Content of training

 

Basic Module - Performance Analysis:

Capture business requirements; Identify necessary conditions for the desired benefits. Compensate inappropriate environmental factors and personal gaps (3 days).

Advanced Module - Performance Measurement:

Consultancy tools for proper strategic and operational planning and controlling. Use ROI as a process to evaluate performance, enlarging your tool box on consultancy methods, mediation and conflict management as another tool, work on corporate culture as an asset for an organization (3 days).

Practice Module - Performance Coach - BUSINESS PARTNER H®:

Participants receive a certification based on the implementation of a practical project; supported by A-M-T. The project is presented by the participant on the final day to their fellow coaches (1 day).
