Everyone knows how quickly an argument can escalate. People become enemies, because we make assumptions about their motives of their behaviors, further creating negative pictures in our minds. We often think that we’re in conflict with another person, but the truth is we might have a disagreement with someone else, but the conflict within ourselves. There are many approaches to deal with these situations more appropriately.  

Often we even know the solution, but are not willing or able to solve the problem with a minimum of physical and mental effort. It must be tackled at its root, because conflicts arise not that we have different facts, but simply our interpretation is based on personal expectations and interests. It is often amazingly simple to use tools and approaches in order to avoid costly compromises.

Purpose and benefits 

An argument is like a disease: the later it is treated, the more difficult it is to reach success. The workshop will expose participants to methods to minimize disputes, create room for discussions and reflection on successful strategies for conflict resolution. It helps to establish a culture open for debate, creating less compromise.
